HOW and WHEN do I pay for my order?

For all orders through this website, full payment is required before any production begins. Once your order information and payment received, the order will be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation Purchase Order receipt detailing your order and balance due at time of pick up or delivery.

 

What are your Payment Options, Delivery Rates and Shipping Policies?

1) Payments can be paid by through the website, or by cash, Venmo (  @RegionallyRustic ) or personal checks.  If a check, make it out and send to:

3) Local pick up is at 8 Edith Lane Rutland, MA 01543.  Please notify me in advance to schedule a pick up date and time

Delivery is available on purchases over $75.00  Local delivery fee starts at $25.00.  Maximum delivery fee is $60.  If you need delivery, please provide the city or town so the rate can be calculated.

What is My Project Made From?

All regionally rustic products are solid construction. The orders are made by with with a customer-selected options of barn board, and mill wood slab species.   Customers can select also their desire for character marks of rustic features and imperfections, or a more modern, clean look. It takes a little longer to build from scratch, but the wait and result is truly worth it!

How Long Does Each Order Take?

Because all items are custom built for you (by one man!), order time will vary based on volume of orders in front of yours and complexity of the order.  Standard wait time is approx. 4 weeks and I will communicate with you throughout the process with updates.  If a rush needs to be placed on any order, email RegionallyRustic@gmail.com for additional fee quote.

What is your Returns & Refund Policy?

Because each item is custom built, items cannot be returned once production approval has been authorized, however customer satisfaction is most important!  If you have any issues with any product, contact us all issues will be fixed immediately to the best of our abilities or rebuilt for you.  There are no refunds on orders placed.  Please note, orders canceled prior to production will lose security deposit.

How do I customize a table order?​

 To order, simply a custom table select Farmhouse Tables or Modern Rustic tables and..
1.Select table size in the menu.
2. Select wood leg style n the menu. If you'd prefer metal legs, please indicate which style you'd like at checkout and select none in the menu.
3. Type in your custom specifications At checkout, please note what you would like done. After the down payment is received, we will contact you through email. We strive for a seamless process the whole way through. Prices are determined by size, style, and features.
